  • How do I place my order?
    It's as simple as 1, 2, 3 .. Please click here to see the order placement process.
  • How will my order be delivered?
    Your order will be delivered to you by the restaurant itself to the address you've given to us. EatAbhi is just a facilitator.
  • How will I know if the order is placed successfully?
    You will receive a confirmation SMS and e-mail once your order is placed successfully with the restaurant.
  • Can I place take away orders?
    Yes, you can.
  • Do you take orders over phone?
    We believe that online order is the most convenient way to order food, hence we don't take orders over phone. However, for assistance you can call us on 08880 824 824 between 10.30 am and 11.30 pm.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Order is processed almost on a real time basis. You can call the restaurant if you want to cancel the order. Your order confirmation sms will have the restaurant contact details.
  • Is 24x7 home deliveries possible from the restaurants?
    It depends on the restaurant with which you place your order... We do have restaurants that provide food even late night.
  • What are the different modes of payment on EatAbhi?
    You can use any of the following payment methods
    1.Online payment through credit/debit cards
    2. Online payment through net banking
    3. Cash on Delivery
  • Is it safe to use my credit card on EatAbhi?
    All transactions on EatAbhi are 100% safe and secure.
  • I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/net banking, but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from my account?
    If your order got cancelled, we refund the money. You can write to us at refunds@eatabhi.com along with your order code.
  • Do you have the option to make the payment at the time of delivery?
    Yes we do. It also depends on the restaurant with which you place the order.
  • I don't know how to order on line, what should I do?

  • How do I Sign up for EatAbhi account?
    Click on the login tab which is located on the top right hand side of the home page. If you're already registered, you can just login using your e-mail ID & password. For new users, you can simply click on "SIGN UP" and fill in your details.
  • I don't remember my username/password, what should I do?
    Click on the login tab on the top right hand side on the homepage & then click on "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your e-mail ID in the displayed field and we will send you a link on your e-mail address. You can reset your password instantly by clicking on the link.
  • What is the advantage of signing up on EatAbhi?
    To mention a few, you will have smoother transactions, your past delivery addresses will be saved, you enjoy many promotional discount vouchers and you can check your previous orders and you can reorder just with a single click.
  • How do I unsubscribe from your promotional mails?
    Just by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the e-mail you have received from us.
  • I am concerned about the privacy of my personal information shared with EatAbhi.
    We are committed to maintaining complete confidentiality and privacy of the data that you share with us. We value and respect your privacy.
  • Can I write restaurant reviews?
    Yes, you can. Good or bad, we make sure that we share your reviews and feedback with the respective restaurants.
Order Delivery
  • What are the delivery charges?
    EatAbhi doesn't levy any delivery charges. However some restaurants charge for the delivery and the same is mentioned in their catalogue listed with Eatabhi.
  • Why does the delivery time not match with the delivery timelines?
    On rare occasions, orders may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like order rush at restaurant, unavailability of delivery boy, difficulty in searching the address, bad weather, etc.
  • How can I track the status of my order?
    You can check your order status via email or phone. We'd be launching the facility of tracking your order online soon.
  • What is the cancellation and refund policy?
    It's quite simple. In case you've made any extra payment or duplicate payment or there is a change in food item resulting in billing difference or if the restaurant cancels your order, you'd be eligible for refunds. Our finance team will process the refunds within 2-3 working days, however, it may take 6-7 working days to reflect in your accounts.
  • Is it possible to cancel the order?
    Order is processed almost on a real time basis. You can call the restaurant if you want to cancel the order. Your order confirmation sms will have the restaurant contact details. If the order gets cancelled, your refund will get processed in 6-7 days.

  • What do I need to do to get started?
    You can get your restaurant registered by getting in touch with us at business@eatabhi.com or by giving us a call at 08880 824 824. Our representative will let you know the procedure in detail.
  • How will having a Web site help my restaurant?
    Grow Your Business with Online Food Ordering. Maintain existing customer loyalty and attract new customers and revenue by having the convenience of online food ordering. You will have a Web Site presence. More and more restaurants are establishing a Web site presence to serve their customers.   • How long does it take to get EatAbhi set up?
    Once you have signed up for EatAbhi and we receive your information, your EatAbhi catalog can be set up usually within 72 hours.
  • Are there any advertising benefits from EatAbhi
    The EatAbhi System is also very beneficial to your current advertising. Let the public know about your online ordering system by adding your link to magazine and newspaper ads, your Yellow Pages listing, your business cards, menus and other company documents, radio commercials, and more...
  • Do I have to setup anything?
    We do everything, from setting up your entire menu and website online, to maintaining and updating the site with any information you request.
  • Can I have a Web site even if I don't want to have online food ordering?
    Yes. When you place your Web site order just tell us that you do not want to process orders online. You'll get all the other advantages of a Web presence: location information, menu, driving directions, tour, testimonials, etc.
  • What information will I receive with my online orders?
    Everything you need to fulfil the online food order. When a customer chooses online food ordering from your menu, you will receive the complete order, the name of the customer placing the order, a call-back number, delivery address and also the delivery time on the exclusive EatAbhi app we have developed for you.
  • How do I promote my Web site?
    Promotion is easy and doesn't have to cost you any more than what you pay for promotions today. Just let everyone know that you can now accept online food ordering. Whether you advertise today by flyers, in the mail, or in the paper, add your Web site address to the advertisement and let it be known you now accept orders online.
